2) If you want something funny, I Think You Should Leave, Letterkenny, What We Do in the Shadows, and Archer are usually my go-tos. If you want something a little more off the wall, Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger is a really fun entry in the Super Sentai/Power Rangers series that is never going to see a US adaptation since it deals with thieves being heroes versus police.

3) I'm a huge gunpla nerd. They're plastic Gundam model kits and I can't get enough of them. I actually run a Discord server for people in Maryland who enjoy the hobby and we occasionally meet up at breweries/gaming pubs to build together.
