I also visited a local school where I learned about their educational system, their problems and needs. We met some very charm children and they showed us how happy they were with our job. This was very touched because they communicated with us without knowing our language but only with huge smiles and  hugs. 
Today i also learned about barriers and strategies for an effective comnunication. I learned that barriers to listening appear when focusing on a personal agenda, when experiencing information overload, when criticizing the speaker when getting distracted by emotional and/or external noise and when experiencing physical difficulty. But the stop, look, listen be empathetic and ask questions strategy arises to solve any issue may occurred.
Today we have also visited a primary school in the city to decorate the wall with our mosaic. We also came along their problems and their needs, but also their happy faces, their warm hug and their good will. No barriers identified today!
