  • Put glue on the top or bottom  edge of the tube. 
  • Cover it with the square paper.
  • Seal it using a tape. 
  • Pour in the rice in the tube. 
  • Repeat procedures 1,2, and 3 for the other edge. 
  • Cut excess tape and paper. 
  • Decorate with yarn. 
  • Stick some small pieces of colored paper around the tube. 
  • Congratulations, you are done!
