The Loto Taumafai Society for People with Disabilities.

It defines their values or reasons for existence, it states their purpose clearly, gives their organisation direction (what they want to accomplish), and it attracts like-minded people who volunteer their time and skills to provide disabled ones (and their caregivers) the needed skills to understand and cope with their disabilities. Since Samoan schools do not have the facilities to manage children with complex needs, the Society see this as their long term mission/vision.
