The plague that is reeking havoc on Madagascar is called the Bubonic Plague. This plague usually carried by rodents and fleas, and can be transmitted from the bite of infected fleas. Painful, swollen lymph nodes,  fever, coughing, and chills are all symptoms shared by infected individuals. It can also be transmitted via airborne, and the infected person ins't expected to last for more than a day. The federation's Secretary General Elhadj As Sy called for global support, and WHO started to provide medications to help treat and prevent other civilians from getting infected.

Not only are they gradually declining because of poaching, but their habitat is slowly decreasing. People have started to think of ways to help the species, and the main one is allowing rich hunters to kill them, but after they pay an expensive fee. It is more devastating because, due to lack of access to the areas controlled by the fierce fighters and the conflicting reports from various witnesses , no one knows just how many people are killed in Boko Haram attacks. Because of this, there are several orphans scattered about the area.  
The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees had guessed  that more than 1.5 million people have been moved. It’s also unknown about how many of these refugees are children whose parents are dead or missing. Some of these childern were at least 7 years old, and had been kiddnapped or recruted by rebel sides because they did not have enough military force. Children make up around 40-50% of the military . Child soldiers have fought or are fighting in Angola, Liberia, Mozambique, Rwanda, the Sudan, Congo and Uganda, as well as Sierra Leone. There are now an estimated 300,000 child soldiers worldwide and the numbers are still growing.  ''A lot of these kids witnessed the slaughter of their parents and were so traumatized that they were living like beasts in the bush,'' says Sam Hinga Norman, the Deputy Minister of Defense. Many people reconize this as wrong and are trying everything they can to get these children back to a healthy, normal life.
