The front of my digipak will have a retro/vintage effect similar to that of Lana Del Reys album. The effect will make my digipak appear timeless and more aesthetically pleasing.

The artist on the front of my digipak will be covering his face, which suggests misery and pain, which can be linked to my song and music video. Also, my artist doesn't want to be seen by audiences, as he wants listeners to be more attracted to his music than to him. He will also be facing forward to the camera, however his head will be slightly angled to create a feeling of disorientation. The artist on the far right hand side of this poster for the band Busted gave me the inspiration.

For my digipak, the main artists name will be more big and noticeable for audiences, to give off the impression that the artists name by itself can sell the digipak. Also, I believe that his name should be more important than the name of the song. Therefore much like this example of Eminem, the artists name will have more prescence on the front of my digipak

On the back of my digipak, my artist will have his back to the camera this time, for the same reason that he is covering his face on the front of the digipak. In addition, the artist will be in the same clothes and position as he is on the front. This way, it appears as though we are seeing through the digipak and seeing the artist on both sides. I think this is the best design for my digipak as it gives an impression that the artist is in every aspect of his song and the project to sell his music to audiences. Below is an idea about the positioning of the artist on the back of the digipak.

For the inside of my digipak, I will have a single piece of text that links with the song, so that it has a powerful effect, perhaps more than a picture. For example, the piece of text at the end of my music video would be effective at tying in the meaning of the song and video with the digipak
