         <description><![CDATA[<div>Watsons:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Classical conditioning&nbsp;<br>Behaviorist theory explains behavior is caused by environment and situational stimuli<br>&nbsp;9 month old baby presented w objects and observed how he reacted with them<br>Struck a metal bar behind him everytime he touched the fluffy white things , continued until became conditoned stimulus&nbsp;<br>Generated fear to fluffy white objects&nbsp;<br>Results:<br> Became scared of the objects, proved that emotional behavior can be conditoned </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bandura<br>Purpose:&nbsp; Weather adults model children behavior<br>Took children and had them watch an aggresive adult deal with a bobo doll, then observed how they treated the doll.&nbsp;<br>More girls observed the girls<br>The girls were more verbal and the boys physical&nbsp;<br><br><br>Seligman: Learned helplessness<br>&nbsp;Took dogs and made one an escape group and one group could not escape. Shocked dogs until pushed a button to end, one group could not end the shocks.<br>Eventually dogs who could not end shocks gave up.&nbsp;<br>Results:<br>Learned helplessness and depression- helps with positive psychology </div>]]></description>
