NAHT: Have you experienced the rise of the far right in your own country, what is the impact on schools and your membership?

What best practice initiatives exist in your country/ education system/ leadership organisation/union to address the rise of the far right?

What can we do collectively as ESHA to challenge the far right?

Following the recent civil unrest/ riots here across parts of the UK and recent and continuing rises in the votes for "Far Right/ Fascist political parties" across many countries of Europe, NAHT is very concerned about how this kind of ideology may infiltrate and influence educators and pupils in our schools. We like to share what we are doing across England/ Wales/ Northern Ireland to combat these views and to hear views of colleagues across other countries as to what the situation is like in their countries and also what steps education is taking to stand against such abhorrent views.
