Staff able to have discussions with families, ask the right questions to support families where they are at (i.e. what else is going on with the family that may be impacting their ability to participate in services).  </p><p><br></p><p>More aware of themselves/their character and how they are approaching situations, conversations with families </p><p><br></p><p>Approach situations from a different lens; wonder more; have more questions; full-picture process; more intentional in their conversations </p><p><br></p><p>Providers having richer conversations with families. </p><p><br></p><p>Embracing Hawaii curriculum: included section on Infant Mental Health </p><p><br></p><p>Thinking about the systems that surround the child (micro, macro), environments for the child.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ongoing RSC, helps remind PM what to do, be more intentional, slow down, how help their staff. Staff are becoming more reflective, braver, and having more intentional and reflective conversations with families. RSC is a safe space for staff. Manager has better framework for providing supervision to staff.  </p><p><br></p><p>RSC is helpful for staff because of the population they work with; safe space for staff to share and process; supports internal connections amongst staff. You do not have leave with an answer.  </p><p><br></p><p>RSC helps staff be reflective with family </p><p><br></p><p>A program is doing Group RSC with CCs once a month. </p><p><br></p><p>RSC supports Self care </p><p><br></p><p>Important for supervisors who do RSC to have their own RSC.  </p><p><br></p><p>Scheduling monthly RSC and quarterly or every other month administrative supervision to delineate spaces </p><p><br></p><p>It’s a time to take a breath.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Knowing what to talk about (staff) during these meetings. Manager is accessible, so staff feel does not always need scheduled RSC time. What is the staff’s understanding of the purpose of RSC? Feeling it is “therapy” </p><p><br/></p><p>How do we make time within our schedules (staff and managers)? How do we balance day to day work and RSC? Sometimes 30 minutes not enough. Sometimes it’s an hour and we don’t need the hour; staff need time to do documentation and visits. Sometimes an hour is not enough. What is staff understanding of the scheduled time for RSC-can schedule an hour but may not use the hour. </p><p><br/></p><p>Scheduling  </p><p><br/></p><p>Ongoing funding for RSC </p><p><br/></p><p>State CCs placed in POS programs (POS manager does not provide RSC to these CCs).  </p><p><br/></p><p>Group RSC- everyone has a different comfort level with sharing; takes a while to build a safe space amongst the group </p><p><br/></p><p>Remembering that it’s the staff space to share.  </p><p><br/></p><p>Staff comfort level with sharing, being reflective, “wondering”</p>]]></description>
