In the nutshells, studying in UMP will improve your soft skills greatly due to the way
of studies here which is by group works and the soft skills class. Students also have lots of
events that always being held in UMP to improve their soft skills. Moreover students of UMP
that are in chemical courses can become a great chemical oriented worker due to the fact that
UMP providing complete facilities in chemical industry, they are more open to practical
rather than learned from textbooks and the great thing is that the lecturers have much
experiemces. Meanwhile, UMP has this huge library that can be used for students to calm
their minds, at anytime except after 12midnight and it cal also be used for entertaining where
students can realease stress. Therefore i think that UMP is the best University ever.

Furthermore, when we study in University Malaysia Pahang, we will never miss the
huge library beside the lake that is very beautiful. The library have great scenery and can k
eep students calm when going study or reading at there due to the lake beside it. If students
want to take deep breathe of the nature they will astounded by the soothing smells. Students
can study peacefully. Moreover, The library is fully air-conditioned so that the students will
not feel the heat while studying. It’s also used to keep the books and computers in the library
are well taken care of. Students of UMP can enter the library from 8am to 12 midnight thus
temperature is not the problem. In addition, UMP library has rooms where student can rent
for awhile. The rooms can be used for multi purpose which can be used as a place for group
work project or hanging out with friends watching rented movies and stuff. Ah yes UMP
library has movies that can be rented and watched inside the room. This sort of facilities
preventing students from trying to search for pleasure outside the college or in the nearest
city, so student can focus on studying while having a little bit fun to release the stress from
studying.

Secondly, students studying in UMP can become a great worker in chemical oriented
jobs in the society after they had finished their studies. One of the secrets behind it is because
UMP has one of the most complete chemical enginnering’s facilities all around the chemical
faculty in Asia for the students to use including the laboratories equipment and the safeness
when dealing with virus or bacteria in laboratory. Students can fully surround themselves
with latest facilities and learn through it without worries of lacking in apparatus. Moreover,
UMP prioritises its students to learn from practical than the textbooks. Students can get to do
practical in UMP to nurture students in work environments such as factories and laboratories.
With the addition of the complete facilities provided, students can prepare themselves with
working places due to the same apparatus and materials used. In addition, there are many
chemical lecturers in UMP are worth more than 10 years of experiences in chemical
industries and teaching. This is so important because experience people will teach better and
students will get a lot of knowledge that is outside of the textbooks. Students will get to know
about the intricacy not just only in chemical studies but also in working society.

One of the effects which really change me while studying in University Malaysia
Pahang is having the soft skills ability. Do you know that, soft skills are actually one of the
subjects that are offered by University Malaysia Pahang and among the local universities,
only a few which offer this subject? Yes it is. By participating in events that UMP always
hold such as Expoconvo, Gigvaganza, and Local Fruits Events, I can interact with many
students and doing things with them. This will improve my courage and also my soft skills.
UMP does a lot of events throughout the years so i have time to participate in events that I
want. Moreover in UMP there will be a lot of group work activities that need cooperation
among friends and classmates. These kinds of things prepare me for improving my
communication skills with friends and teammates. It also improves our leadership skills
whether we notice or not. Meanwhile, UMP has soft skills class that is needed to be included
in our course whether we want it or not to prepare ourselves for the future career and also for
our lifestyle in front of society. Thus I believe that UMP can provide with the best soft skills
learning in universities.

People once said the path you choose after graduating high school is the path which
will change your future .One of the important choices they will have to make is whether to
further their study towards a higher education or to start working and put an end toward their
education’s path. If they chose higher education which means they will have to go for college
or university. Different people will have different choices of their own, but for me, I was
given a precious chance to further my study at a local university which is University
Malaysia Pahang (UMP). The choice I have made, have changed me and widen my
knowledge toward a specific field. It really gives me a huge impact towards my daily lifestyle
and makes me a better person. University’s life changes a person, and there is some unique
things which only can be found in my university.
