I understand that Pine Ridge has major health issues with diabetes, addiction to drugs and addiction ti alcohol. All of this causes the death rate to be higher than the national average and that it also can cause fetal alcohol syndrome. 

2. I feel that Pine Ridge officials should be banning alcohol and having a major punishment if anyone is caught with alcohol or drugs. I also don't like that they are using all of the money they recieve on alcohol; they should be using it to benefit their area and not on something that is causing them so much trouble.

I feel that they should have that privilege taken away. They need to learn that they should not take it for granted. I think that Pine Ridge is a bad place for the people that live there, it has a bad community, it's not really wealthy and people waste their money to buy alcohol, and drugs. That is not a good thing to do because it hurts people, and babies are also sometimes born with feter alcohol syndrome.
