If both sides agreed to disagree there wouldn’t be as much violence and Kashmiris would be able to choose what they want. 3. This one isn’t the best option, but they could have one final war, whoever wins gets the land. The other has to agree to NEVER try to get the land back.
4. One country could try to pay the other one to sign an agreement to give the land to them and never try to steal it back.
