To prevent myself from getting too stressed out during my internship would be to make sure I am taking enough time to relax and not overthink too much and keep a positive mindset. I also find it helpful to stay active like going running to keep myself from getting too stressed out and it avoids me from turning to more unhealthy habits. Appearance

It is important to check your personal hygiene as it is one of the first things people notice about you. This means you sure double check that you look professional and clean before going to work for example, clean and ironed clothes, polished shoes, washed hair, brushed teeth and smelling good

Documents

Be organised and bring all necessary documentation such as work permit, passport, ID and possibly your work schedule.

Time management

It is important to show up on time otherwise it can be seen as being rude and unorganised showing up late on the first day

Atitude

Show up with a positive and attentive attitude showing that you are ready and excited to work

Apply anything mentioned on your CV and interview to your real life actions in the workplace
