The school is so routined and organized, it practically runs itself. The teachers are all HIGHLY EFFECTIVE, but what else would you expect from a HIGHLY EFFECTIVE principal. It must be noted that Ms. Cadotte also has an impeccable sense of style, her fits are on point. Overall, Ms. Cadotte makes P.S. 186 one of the happiest schools I have ever been to. I wish all schools could be as wonderful as P.S. 186.

Heads above all the rest" (singing voice lol).  I am so proud and grateful to work under such amazing leadership. She is an example of strength and kindness. She shows thoughtfulness and compassion each and every day. Mrs. Cadotte wants nothing but the best for her students and motivates them each and every day to succeed.  She is always there to listen and support in any way that she can. 
Thank you Mrs. Cadotte, I am so glad that I have had the opportunity to start my career within the DOE at P.S. 186!! There is no other place that I would ever want to be, looking forward to many more years of success and smiles!
