         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hypothesis-a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation.<br><br>Converse, Inverse, Contrapositives-Given an if-then statement "if p , then q ," we can create three related statements: A conditional statement consists of two parts, a hypothesis in the “if” clause and a conclusion in the “then” clause<br><br>Conjectures-an opinion or conclusion formed on the basis of incomplete information.<br><br>Counterexample-a special kind of example that disproves a statement or proposition.&nbsp;<br><br>Law of syllogism-states that "if p, then q," and "if q then r."
