I would guess that a lot of students aren't really aware of the resources available to them through the OAI. I'm not sure how most students feel now/what they know about OAI, but at the very least it would be great if everyone felt comfortable reaching out to Sharnnia and/or Gregory if they feel uncomfortable for any reason in CEE.

School needs to go beyond "providing resources," and make sure that minority students are not tokenized and assumed to have everything together.
