I am Mark. I'm a seminar lead on this unit for the second year running. I'm looking forward to working with you all. I am originally from Northumberland but live in South Yorkshire. I taught in schools and colleges there for 12 years before joining the university in 2017. I completed a part-time doctorate last year. I was previously Programme Director for the BA Management Leadership and Leisure until August, before becoming SEED Associate Director of Research Ethics. My research interests are in education leadership, and teacher professional development, so I really enjoy working on this module.
