In winter the shadows are long, in fall the shadows are a little longer than they were in summer, in spring the shadows are a little shorter than they were in winter, the shadows are short in summer. This is because the rays of the sun are direct in the summer and indirect in the winter and spring and fall are in the middle. In the southern hemisphere has the opposite of us in seasons, like when we have summer they have winter. So when we have short shadows they have long shadows, and viscera.

Shadows change there height depending on the season it is. The suns position changes so during different seasons you shadow will be longer or shorter depending on the suns position and how much direct sunlight. In winter you have less sun light so you have a larger shadow and the opposite for summer.

shadows change based on the season because the earth orbits around the earth and depending on how that sunlight hits the earth makes your shadow. For example in summer you get a little shadow because more direct sun light hits you, then in winter you get more shadow because less direct sunlight hits you. in the spring you get a smaller shadow than what you would get normally because more direct sunlight hits you, in the fall you get a longer shadow than you would normally get because less direct sunlight hits you.

Shadows change based on seasons because during each season, the position of the sun changes. In the winter, the rays of sun hitting the northern hemisphere of the Earth are indirect cause longer shadows. Whereas in the summer in the northern hemisphere, the rays of light from the sun are direct, causing shorter shadows. And between winter and summer, fall and spring are the transitions
