Yaks are protected by the government. Additionally I can feel a strong emotional relationship between the yaks and Tibetan people. They don’t regard themselves as the owner of yaks. Instead, they think this fuzzy animal belong to the mountain god.

The relationship is nearly symbiotic, but I would like to know more, because if a herdsman can lose 4 to 6 months worth of milk because of a wild yak that seems to be desperate times. So I just feel I am missing some of the story. To protect nature we should all be vegans...give land back to nature, not food. Animals in captivity...even thinking it makes my nose tingle as if I am about to cry. I cannot look at the eyes of animals in captivity as I feel responsible. Humans and nature...ecocentric views prevail.

During the documentry, I was shocked by the large shape of the wild yaks, and I used to curious about how people can live together with the wild yaks. From the documentry, I saw the little yak was adopted by the people when it was 2-days-old. And people from the emvironmental protection agency borrowed the milk by providing labor forcr in order to feed the little yak, which was quite touched me. The close relationship between people who live in plateau and the yaks, which reminded me that, “do I really want to do the job as my parents’ do?”, maybe I still want to study the Zoology?

People always want to domain the world, domain the animals, because they think this is the quickest way to get peace. However, the most efficient way is “Mutualistic Symbiosis”~🥹

I noticed a genuine emotion involved in the relationship between the human beings and nature. From my perspective, humans need to use natural resources in a sustainable way, ensuring that the use of resources does not run out or cause long-term harm to the environment. This includes the adoption of renewable energy, the promotion of a circular economy and the sound management of water and land use. At the same time, all kinds of living things on earth should be respected and protected, and efforts should be made to protect endangered species and promote biodiversity. This helps maintain the ecological balance and ensures that humans are able to obtain a variety of ecosystem services from nature.
