         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I was upset or frustrated, I would make a fist and hold my breath.  I've noticed that when I get frustrated or upset I take a deep breath in and hold it.  Next time I will try to analyze the situation, and think of how to solve it, or maybe I would take deep breaths, but not hold them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I could have reacted in a better way by not getting more upset than I already was and perhaps staying more calm as the situation became more annoying/troublesome. Somethings I would do more differently are perhaps leave the situation for a bit to calm down or take a few deep breaths and calmly access the situation on my end. </div>]]></description>
