I plan on implementing to use the job board more in our classroom. Our room can use more help using the workers for the snack/lunch routine and setting up. All jobs are needing to be explained more and showing the children how to do their jobs.

I want to start focusing on literacy at the water table, make a game where they can learn the letters from uppercase letters to lower case letters will help them learn their letters and understand which letter matches with what!

I plan on rotating more books into the classroom that support each child's specific interests. For example, we have have a student who really loves bugs, so adding a bug book to the library might help them engage more with reading.

My goal is to try and be more mindful when interacting with the children to think about how I could turn each experience into a learning opportunity for them. I have a hard time being creative sometimes so I want to try thinking about those kinds of things in the moment.

I will start looking at TSG every day and also being able to use the intentional teaching cards so I can help with what the plan is. I will observe the kids and see what they like playing with and seeing if there is something I can do to continue to keep their attention

I'm a big fan of asking questions and letting the kids come up with answers or asking open ended questions, when it comes to lessons. I like mixing Theme based and Investigative planning in the way that I would plan something (what is a rainbow?) and planning activities and letting them figure out why and exploring for themselves.

I am trying to be more intentional with letting the children help with clean up.

As now being a center aid and being in and out of the classrooms, I feel that this is a good way for me to be intention and not make to many changes within the rooms.

I feel as this is something that i wanna rush to get done so that we can move on to the next activity. But i feel that this can be a good part of the day for children to interact with and lets them learn how to keep the classroom clean. By letting them help wipe off the tables, sweep the floor, or even use a rag to clean up something that spilled on the floor.

I have noticed that many of the children need to work on fine motor skills so I am adding activities that will help them with those skills. (Using tweezers and tongs.)

One way to support more intentional learning during the week is to follow children’s interests more closely during play and routines. By observing what they are already curious about, I can ask open-ended questions, introduce new vocabulary, and plan small activities that build on those interests to create more meaningful learning experiences.

I plan to continue to support more intentional learning during the week by expanding on the children's curiosity of their world around them. When they ask me why for something new, I will respond with "Why do you think?" then expand on their thought process. Continue to engage with open-end question and exploration of how things work while exploring the natural science around.

More intentional learning will come from asking questions of the kids about their interests. Relating learning material to things they are interested in during choice time and outside time. Counting bugs while digging, or writing letters while drawing.

Trying to engage more during choice time instead of just watching the whole group and not interacting as much. EX: There was a child in the flower area by herself and I purposely went over and interacted with her asking questions about buying the flowers etc.
