At U.S. Bank, Mr. Clintock was the national manager overseeing the eastern half of the U.S. He managed a team of over 900 associates tasked with growing retail mortgages. He directly supervised a large team of mortgage loan officers and their leaders, ensuring the parent company attained profits in all markets. He also recruited, retained, and motivated team members.

Before joining U.S. Bank, Anthony Clintock was the head of retail lending at TIAA Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. He supervised a team of Retail, Consumer Direct, and Relocation Mortgage loan officers. In addition, he recruited, retained, and managed a large National Sales Team in mortgage production. As head of retail lending, he helped transition the team after TIAA Bank acquired EverBank. He closely collaborated with other business departments at TIAA to create more products for their customers.

Throughout his career, Anthony Clintock was recognized for his outstanding performance. For instance, he was the 2005 Chase Divisional Manager of the Year, Chase Regional Manager of the Year 2003, and Chase Branch Manager of the Year 1997, among others.
