Peru is located in the western south America. In other words, north of Ecuador and Colombia, east of Brazil and South of Chile. Peru's main language is Spanish, but they also speak Aymara, and Quechua. Peru's population is over 32 million. Actually, Peru is so big it's the third largest country in south America. Peru's flag is red and white, two red strips and one white strip in the middle. The red strips represent hoist-side and fly side, and the white represents the National Coat of Arms.

Peru has many different traditional foods. But the most popular and traditional food is called Leche de Tigre. The ingredients are lime juice, sliced onion, chilies, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and wonderful juices from a fish (also known as fish stock). This dish is also part of another popular food called ceviche. mostly just the juice from it. This dish can be served has an appetizer because of how small it is. If I was in Peru and I saw this on the menu I would try it because It's always good to try new things, also it looks and sounds so good to eat.

One popular song I found is called La flor de la canela. The artists that made the song is named Los Morochucos. And no, I have not heard of this artist. A very popular dance is called Tondero. It is a dance of insinuating movements. It is mostly popular in Peru because the genre is from the northern coast. In my opinion I don't really like the music just because It's not my type of music.
