My film is about 2 people that support different political parties having a conversation.

2. I think my audience would be the American people and eligible voters more specifically because they need to recognize that it is not just about their party winning, it is about creating the greater good for the American people. 

3. The point that this screenplay should make is that we are not that different even though political parties divide us. We all want the best for the most amount of people in the United States and we need to realize that we are not that different and that our political views should not define us.

4. I want my audience to feel the regret and sadness from treating each other poorly just because of what they view is politically correct. I want my audience to realize that we are all pretty similar if we stop looking at each other through the lens of red or blue and you can only be good if you support what I support. I want them to recognize that it is okay to have different opinions. 

5. One person is a working man from Alabama (one of the most red states) who is Republican and has voted Republican his whole life. He often takes to social media to bash anyone that has different political views than him. To people looking from the outside he seems like a mean older man that only wants his way and is only voting republican because that is what he has been told is right when deep down all he wants is the best for his children and his family. The other person is a younger working male, fresh out of college that is a democrat and has voted that in the few elections he has voted in so far. He is influenced by his favorite social media stars and does not know yet what he believe but all he sees is what social media deems to be right and wrong. All he wants is the best for everyone around him and thinks that voting for the democratic candidate will not only help himself, but will help everyone else more.

6. This matters to me because I witness first hand how mad and horrible people are to each other when they find out that someone voted for the opposite candidate as them. I see people's lives getting ruined because they side with one party and people on the other side are not willing to accept that not everyone has the same views. I see people on social media constantly put down over these parties that should not define us and I see people taking sides when we should just be one whole. 

7. My audience will be interested in this because it embodies everything that we are going through in today's society. It will show that even though we think that we are so different because we view a few things differently that we are all really the same and that we want the best for this country and everyone who is lucky enough to live in it. 

8. I will grab their attention by bringing in 2 foil characters that my audience is used to see fighting, but this time, they will just be sitting down, having a civil conversation without shouting or putting the other person down or shaming them for what they believe in. This fourth week went pretty good for me. I enjoyed writing this script, but it was challenging to write it because I have never done it before. i did not really know how to write certain thing and how to write them, but I did my best. I think in the future Mr. Burr should just put an example of what one should look like to help a little bit with knowing how to write structurally. 

2. The most valuable thing that I have learned in this course is that you can capture anything you want in a short video. With the right editing and the right shots, you can send a message through very short clips. That is very important to me because it helps me realize that I can do more than I though with the little equipment that I have. 

3. I felt good about the storytelling and I enjoyed it a lot. I think it is very fun to take this class and do this project because it was fun to come up with these stories. I am proud of this project because I feel like I did something different and I tried something that I have never tried before. I did my best and tried to have fun with it because I was not expecting to have a very professional script ready to make a movie. One thing that I think went well was the idea of the screenplay. I think it is a good idea that can get across a message to people. I really liked my idea also because I believed in it. i believe that people are so divided because of political parties and if they just got to know each other, they wouldn't think stereotypically of each other. Something that I think i could improve was the actual writing. I wasn't expecting an amazing script that is going to be the best thing you have ever seen because it was my first try. I did not know how to write certain things and do certain things but I tried to make it the best that I could.
