In TESOL idea, recently we must consider how to teach English. In the new idea, it is important to study English aspects of speaking and writing. Of course, everyone feels nervous and embarrassed when they speak because we don’t want to make mistakes, so we must keep it in our mind. When they acquire language, they will try to express to convey what they want to say. There are several things how students can speak more. That is focus on doing activity. In addition to that, talking is important, so teachers ought to think how they solve tasks using language. 

First point is the importance of seeing all students as individual in classroom. In Japan, most of teachers interview students 3 times a year individually. However, the contents were about only grades and test score. So hardly students can tell on their own easily. So, when I will become a teacher in the future, of course it is important to support their test score, but if they worried about present situation and relationship with others, I want to help as soon as possible.

Second point is that LGBTQ discrimination is a global problem. I thought that if teachers try to teach what LGBTQ is, students may be interested in this topic and understand the situation and think about what we they can do. When I review my junior high or high school life, I learned the dangerous of using drag, cigarettes, and alcohol. However, I didn’t learn about this discrimination, so I began to recognize these problems after entering the university. 

Also, I impressed this phrase “don’t be afraid of changing.” People usually think saving traditional ways are greatest. However, this is sometimes stereo type. When we accept new idea and opinion, then improve everything.

Second, about book, it is interested in this phrase “Black wasn’t always beautiful.” After listening to these phrase, we have to think about it more deeply.
