At school, differences could be treated by teasing and banter. But sometimes people could start bullying verbally or physically. But most of the time, the difference isn't something that is shamed, but respected.

If someone and I had differences, I wouldn't care or think about it. But once I approached someone different and said that I think they should be respected.

Bullying could be banned to make things better at school, so nobody feels insecure about their differences.
