The communication among the bureau can be more efficient. Sometimes the bureau did not update in the group and other bureau that are maybe involve will not receive the update and can cause miscommunication.

Some preparation for UMRAN2023 was looked over such as the recording settings on zoom. We did not test the function before the seminar day. Same goes for other zoom settings like the notification sound for when participants enter the zoom meeting.

Good communication between other committees eventhough we need to improve a lot on our communication part. However, i see some jobscope given to SR eventhough thats not our job to do. Or not being responsible for their own jobscope. Umran has ended, i congratulate everyone for the hardwork.

High committee need to be updated all new update in the UMRAN group not only in the hi-com group.
Communication needs to be cleared and precise.
Time management need to be improve for example due time submission of EA and RP (late submission) make it harder for SR team to manage task.

Leader should be able to direct the committees with clear instructions and also to understand overall jobscope of each bureaus to avoid miscommunications.
To always remind or ask for reconfirmation from others to ensure the each task is executed without errors.

For other committees to communicate to let us know what you want or need, in terms of jobs so we would know beforehand and get the job done.

in terms of making decisions in the earlier stage was quite hectic, but it went well with the help of pc and chairman. Work distribution is given to everyone in the gantt chart. Not all bureau is going to be busy in the earlier stage for example preptech, some of their work consist of contacting person in charge for the venue and zoom meeting, preparing the documents needed to book venue. It might seems like some are not busy because their work timeline is not in the earlier atage to be busy.

In terms of jobscope, it's true that some work are not in the earlier jobscope that we provide but we need to be flexible and help each other. for example sending the emails to various institutions, we manage to send almost 1000 emails and not everyone was supposed to do that job, but we still ask everyone to do it to ensure that we can send the emails asap as it is large in number.

For communication, sometimes the bureau did not update in the committee group, and this sometimes cause miscommunication among us as some bureau might need to know the info.

During the seminar day, everything went well except for some minor technical issues.

Lesson

Be proactive. Dont wait for your leader to tell you what to do. Instead, please ask.
If cannot give full commitment, communicate with leader or anyone related at least to explain your current condition. Dont just be silent and expect others to do the work for you.

Challenges:

First time handling the technical part for big event like UMRAN. Some minor issues happened during and after event. Thanks to teammates from other comittees who helped us out.

Overall, we still learning. Take criticism positively. However, job done well at the end of the day. Thank you for your commitment. Goodluck semua!
