A: Great question! You should cite the author of the chapter.  So if it's a book by Pechey, with a chapter by Jones, who cites Read, you would put (Read, date, cited in Jones, date, p.x). Upon research I could not find it, yet it turns out to be published on 2008, instead of 2014 as stated on moodle. Very confused how to correctly reference this.

A: This is an e-book, so it does not have a place of publication - that's fine. The print version of the book was originally published in 2008, but was presumably not converted into an e-book until 2014 - this is why there are two dates. (Well done for researching this!) If you are referring to the e-book, you should use 2014.
