You are given an opportunity to move to a foreign country for the job of your dreams. The company is providing you with housing and a plane ticket to go to your new home. Would you take this opportunity to leave with your boarding pass in one hand and a suitcase in the other? Or, do you stay at home where you are familiar with your surroundings? What are some challenges or difficulties you may face in this new place? Would you regret your decision if you chose not to go or even if you chose to go? Explain your decision

I would probably take this chance to move to a region that allows me to work as an environmental scientist on a major restoration or conservation project. probably in South America or Australia to help protect and maintain the Amazon Rain Forest or restore the Great Barrier Reef. I would love to travel more and getting a great job while doing that would be awesome. As for regrets, I wouldn't have any because I wold be living my ideal life.

I would chose to go because I already love to travel and being paid for a dream job and given the chance to live someplace beyond the United States would be a dream come true. A few challenges might be a language barrier or loneliness if I had a hard time adjusting to the move. However, I doubt I would regret my decision, especially if I had the opportunity to go back to the United States for a visit with family and friends every so often.

If I were given the opportunity to travel to the foreign country for a job of my dreams, I think that I would in fact take it. Even though I would be leaving everything I have ever known behind, including my family and friends, it would be a great opportunity that may even lead to greater journeys and adventures ahead. My only regret would be if I do in fact choose to go and I end up missing my home life more than my current life.

I think that ultimately my decision would be determined by the country that I would be moving to. The unfortunate truth of the world is that the majority of its countries are quite bad. I would not have any problem moving to the countries of western, central, and northern Europe or those of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or any other industrialized nations with high standards of living and democratic governments.

I never planned to stick around anyway so of course I would take it. As I have moved around quite a lot in my life I don't feel any special connection to Boiling Springs, as lovely it is. I have left everything before, had to adapt to new areas and I would do it again, especially if my dream job was involved. Moving is never easy, often consistency can be a hard thing to come by. But at the end of the day you'll never know until you try. "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." - Wayne Gretzky, - Michael Scott, - Ned Groome

If I were given this opportunity to live in a foreign country for free I probably would take it. It would be an interesting experience, but the move is practically free and it would be fore my dream job, which is sleeping for millions of dollars per day. I honestly couldn't think of a better situation. It would be a change of scenery and when I am not working I could explore, which also sounds appealing.

I would go for a job in a foreign country if the location and salary were ideal. I love the thought of immersing oneself in a new culture and a new location. The job would have to be for me short term as I ultimately want to end up back in the states regardless of the place, as long as it's not too much of a struggle to see family and friends. The likelihood of me taking the opportunity would diminish as I grow older. I believe it's essential to attempt to elevate yourself in a company and not accept every whimsical foreign job offer, which may ultimately lead to a life of continually working at the bottom of multiple different corporations.

If I had the opportunity to go a foreign country for the job of my dreams, I would take it. I don't think I would have any regrets because I would be out of college and ready to start my own life. I think studying abroad is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I would have the rest of my life to settle down. I have always wanted to explore the world and meet new people, and having my dream job somewhere else would make it even better. I would obviously miss my family and friends, however I would go home to visit and call home often. If I didn't take this chance, I would definitely have some regrets.

Thanks for coming up with an interesting prompt today, Kyle. If I would have been given this opportunity earlier in my life, I would have gone in a heartbeat. I love traveling and would enjoy truly experiencing a new culture by living there. Now that I am more rooted in my life here, I cannot say the same. My home and family here have a much larger priority than my yearning to explore

I would absolutely go!! I have a passion to travel everywhere and love experiencing new cultures. The world has so much knowledge to offer us yet often times we allow fear and hesitation to hold us back. Obviously there may be some obstacles, such as language barriers or unfamiliarity, that will challenge you, but in the long run you shouldn't regret it.

I would not go. I have two fish at home that need to be fed daily, and I also get awful plane sickness. I'm sure this international company could provide some other alternative in the US. If not, they would need to provide boat tickets and a portable fish tank for Guppy and Nemo.
