We're not focusing in class because of our attention spans because we're on our devices almost all day every day, leading to bad attention spans in class. We're also getting lazy because some of our parents don't check up on us to see if we're doing our work correctly, or at all. And we aren't studying at home because our parents don't make us study, and we're often too lazy to study, so we just don't do it. All of these problems contributes to the thought that we should not have recess because of our behaviour inside or out of class.

This benefits them because this way they'll be more free and creative as a kid and growing up.

Scientists looked at how worried 3- and 4-year-old kids were on their first day of preschool. They watched how the kids behaved and how much their hands were sweating. Then they divided the kids into four groups. Some kids played alone with toys, some played with other kids, some listened to a teacher tell a story alone, and some listened to a teacher tell a story with other kids." In this sentence it explains how play can also relieve stress and make kids feel better emotionally. It explains it through a study showing how different groups of kids act differently. All doing what they're comfortable with.
