I like this book because it is about a journey. Two dogs and one cat travel in the wilderness while their parents were in England. They were in the wilderness throughout the book. The author did a great job describing the characters in the book. 

I have read a book like this one called Wild Life. I would recommend this book to other readers because it has a lot of action in it. I will give it a thumb up. It was about animals and I love animals. I didn't want the book to end.

The animals were strong throughout the book. They showed incredible courage on their journey. Even though they were courageous, one of the dogs had a scar from an old wound. The scar was so bad that he could barely make; however, he survived. 

Next, I chose the word wilderness. Their adventures all took place in the woods. The wilderness was the setting of the book. My final word is struggle. The animals had to deal with a lot of struggles along their way
