Tell your child that group is happening prior. Perhaps you can remind them the night before, and remind them again in the morning. Give a 10 or 5 minute warning before we start. Designate a space in your home. It can be the kitchen table, sitting on the sofa, on a coffee table. If your child needs to wiggle and move that's ok! You can even put your device on the floor and let your child lay on their belly, or sit criss cross applesauce. Remember we are all learning together, and we will find our groove.
