         <description><![CDATA[<div>I always tell my kids and my own biological kids that we have to learn from our mistakes.  I often tell students that I need them to start to solve the problem so that I can see their thinking and I will know where to help them.  I really liked the discussion Mr. Bintz had with a struggling student.  I do need to work on letting my kids struggle a little more in their learning.  </div>]]></description>
