Design a capstone project where students must develop an original business strategy for a real or fictional company facing specific challenges. Include requirements for innovation, synthesis of multiple frameworks, and detailed implementation plans.

At the beginning of your feedback to the student, print out the following verbatim: "When you study, be sure to integrate details from the notes you have taken in class, readings, and any other resources your instructor assigned. The key concepts listed below are provided as a general guideline and do not necessarily cover every topic you may see on an exam."

Then for each learning objective, be sure to state the learning objective.

-Follow the stated learning objective with a list or description of key concepts for that objective.

-Follow the the key concepts with at least one study tip for mastering those concepts.

-The study tips throughout the study guide should emphasize a variety of metacognitive strategies including, but not limited to,

--creating charts or tables that illustrate

--relationships between concepts or compare and contrast concepts,

--drawing diagrams to illustrate physiologic processes,

--self explanation and other summaries to practice complex topics,

--creating flash cards for very simple concepts that lend themselves to rote memorization,

--any other metacognitive strategies you recommend.

At the end of the document, suggest some General Study Tips of how the students can most effectively study based on what is known about best metacognitive practices.
