It clearly shows daily movement and exercise patterns, providing insights of heart rate, steps taken, distance, and calories burned. It can also be synced with other wearable devices for convenience. This helps students understand the impact of exercise on overall health. While <strong>FitOn</strong> offers a wide range of workout videos, including yoga, cardio, and strength training, catering to different fitness levels and interests in PE classes. Teachers and students can access workouts anytime, making it a great tool for remote or hybrid learning environments. And <strong>Push up Counter </strong>records the number of push-ups performed and allow students to track progress over time and set personal bests. It can also be beneficial to teachers and coaches who handle a large number of classes, as this tool will enable them to produce data even without individual approach that saves their time. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are some features of <strong>Google Fit</strong> requires a internet, smartphone or wearable device, which might not be accessible to all students, leading to potential unequal participation. While <strong>FitOn</strong> requires a stable internet connection to stream workout videos, which might be a limitation for students having poor signal. Also, unlike in-person instruction, the app cannot provide personalized feedback or correct form during exercises, which might lead to improper technique or injury. And also in <strong>Push up counter</strong> it focuses only push-ups and didn't cover other physical activity. The app also encourage students to focus on quantity over quality, performing push-ups incorrectly to increase their count, which can lead to injury and may sometimes inaccurately count repetitions, leading to incorrect assessment of performance.</p>]]></description>

I aim to increase my record of 7,321 steps to 8,000 steps over the next two weeks, gradually working up to the recommended 10,000 steps per day. I will gradually increase the duration of my workout, making it 30 minutes per day. I aim to beat my 21 push-ups and gradually increase it every other day. By setting and striving towards these goals, I aim to enhance my physical fitness, motivating myself to push further and achieve more growth and development. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed a positive trend in my daily steps, especially on the second day, where my steps significantly increased. This was because it was Sunday, and I had more free time to focus on my fitness routine. It was a productive day. and I can confidently say I improved during this time. Even on the third day, despite having classes and a busier schedule, I still managed to stick to my planned routine. Although my steps on the third day were not as high on the second day, its still a significant improvement because I disciplined myself to stay consistent despite my responsibilities. The data on my tracker shows that when I have more time, I can achieve higher results, but even during busy days, I can maintain my routine with determination. Overall according to the app I used, my trends is "Active than usual".</p>]]></description>

On when I have more free time, like Sundays, I can increase the intensity or duration of my exercises, such as adding more stretches or including strength training. While on the other hand for my busier days I can make it shorter and more on sessions like quick walking just to maintain my consistency. I am planning to really include this in my time management so that I can ensure that I can still stay or stick with my routine without me feeling rushed.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Since I was able to exceed my targets from day 1 to day 3, I can now target atleast 10,00 steps daily while if I have more free time such as on my weekdays I can maximize it to 12,000 steps. Additionally, to maintain a balance routine I can set another goal of mixing the lower, upper and full body routines throughout the week. On the other hand, for my busier days I may include mindfulness exercises or light stretching routines for me to be able to manage my stress while still staying active. For instance, making my 10 minutes from the time of my workout for stretching or yoga. And with that, I am aiming to improving my endurance and step count gradually by increasing my steps steps each week by 500.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>Step Counter - Pedometer</strong></p></li></ul><p>This app/tool is more than just a step counter. It can track my exercise duration, calories burned, and the distance I've walked in kilometers. What I find really impressive is that even without a smartwatch, I can measure my heart rate using just your phone by placing my finger on the camera and waiting for it to reach 100%. It also has a feature to check my blood pressure, which is quite convenient.</p><p>Another great advantage is that it provides insights like “active than usual” trends, it also shows my most active times and it tracks my achievements, which boosts my motivation. Lastly, the most important thing is that the app works offline, so I don’t need Wi-Fi or data for it to function.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>Step Counter - Pedometer</strong></p></li></ul><p>One downside of this tool is the blood pressure feature. If the user doesn’t know their systolic, diastolic, and pulse values, they can’t use this part of the app, just like me, as I couldn’t input the required data. Another issue is the ads that sometimes pop up when using the app with Wi-Fi or data on. Although they aren’t frequent, they can be annoying and take around 30 seconds to a minute to finish. Additionally, the app doesn’t have a map or GPS tracker. This means it can’t track your location or show a route if you want to explore a new area, unlike other apps with built-in GPS.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Honestly, this app isn't very good, but I chose it because my phone couldn't download anymore because it needed an updated IOS, but the advantage of this tool over the others is that you can use it with or without wifi, also you can use it to do the proper push up rather than the incorrect one because you need to place your device below your chest. This app prevents you from cheating when doing push-ups because it can record you while you work out.</p>]]></description>

Every Friday and Saturday, our workouts for the competing team intensifies. </p><p><br/></p><p>Sample workouts:</p><p>We started off with:</p><p>Push-ups - 18, 16, 14, ..., 2</p><p>Shoulder Taps - 18, 16, 14, ..., 2</p><p>Crunches and Side Crunches - 50 (Mid, Left, Right)</p><p>Etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>So for the next training, we will adjust our counts and add more workouts and across-the-floor exercises to work on. I'm targeting to work on my core and arms because I feel that those are my weakest. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

As I'm returning to exercise after a 5 month break, the app has tailored workouts that fit my needs and are easy to follow. No equipment needed, and the routines is I witness as effective. It’s also great for teaching, as it offers personalized routines that will work well for teaching for students.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Heart Rate Monitor- Pulse App </strong>The Heart Rate Monitor app is I think a great tool for tracking heart health in an easy way. Using the PPM method, it allows quick and accurate heart rate readings with just a fingertip on the camera. As a teacher testing apps for students, this is an good choice and it’s simple.</p>]]></description>
