         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this Lecture we cover general ideas about topics related to this model (innovative pedagogy methegs and assessment) and we discussed about pedagogy terminology we were agree that the best definition of pedagogy is “It consider the interaction that take place during learning”<br><br></div><div>I have other opinion about pedagogy meaning I think it’s the development of an educational process that helps learners take knowledge by suing various tools and activities for teaching and how the content represent to students.<br><br></div><div>The subjects that we will work on in this model are (Teaching methods, Assessment tools and Learning environments)<br><br></div><div>As a lecturer can used deferent type of teaching methods to access our goal and to receive objective to students. How to Know?<br><br></div><div>In away assessment and we needs assessment tools to support this process. Meanwhile the learning environment is an important factor and how used digitally and physically.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>In the class we did team work activity we discussed about this subject “what are the skills should have to be work on your carrier”<br><br></div><div>Skill it means apply Knowledge so we appointed the following skills<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;Communication</div><div>&nbsp;Flexibility</div><div>&nbsp;Management</div><div>&nbsp;Open mind</div><div>&nbsp;Creativity</div><div>&nbsp;Innovation</div><div>&nbsp;Leadership</div><div>&nbsp;Critical thinking<br><br></div><div>Each group presented their ideas about subject and most of them agreed that emotional thinking should be out of your work and you should have a good social skill to be able communicate with your environment.<br><br></div><div>At the end of this meeting we cover the factors that teaching depend on which include (subject, religion, time, support materials, learning environment and …….. ).<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>In this class we were mentioned about some important elements that are make pedagogy creative which includes (the context, the lecture content should be go with your learning style and combination of different learning tools in your mind to be your work flexible).<br><br></div><div>Teaching methods must be dynamic if you go to your class to class everyday with the same way doesn’t work. Tobe your presentation attractive engage your audience with your topic for example you can tell them a story related with your topic.<br><br></div><div>In second session of this lecture we were covered some teaching method such that (Project, Assignment, Report, Seminar and …..)<br><br></div><div>Lecturer should give detail about activates that required to students like some references about the subject, keywords and should explain to them the workload for each activity and teachers should use a good criteria to assess activates.<br><br></div><div>At the end of this session we did an activity at the class we applied (Fishbowl learning method)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Fishbowl is a strategy for organizing medium- to large-group discussions. Students are separated into an inner and outer circle. In the inner circle, or fishbowl, students have a discussion; students in the outer circle listen to the discussion and take notes. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The subject that discussed is “Creative Teaching” this activity took about (20 – 30 min)&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>To be your teaching creative&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Allow students to be active make use new ideas<br><br></div><div>Give a tope to student and every week discuss with them<br><br></div><div>Problem solving&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Give them time<br><br></div><div>Assess creativity<br><br></div><div>Challenge<br><br></div><div>Support student and engage them<br><br></div><div>At the end of the class we mentioned about authentic learning, gamification and flipped class room.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>This week we discovered the assessment and learning outcome, assessment means creates feedback which is then used to improve students' performance in teaching process have many tools can be used to assess students the main goal of using them to improve learning outcome.<br><br></div><div>The assessment and learning outcome should be parallel each to other.<br><br></div><div>Lecturer should assess works it’s a good way to ensure that what students learned, to report on student progress and help us make decision about our teaching using well design assessment method provide valuable knowledge about student learning, meanwhile assessment help as to evaluate which students are successfully meeting course and learning objectives.<br><br></div><div>We assess mental skill (knowledge), attitude which is growth in feeling or emotional area and skills may be manual or physical skills. Assessment start from knowledge and some characterize should be on assessment such that conclude all level, time very important factor it should no long and no short and using variety of tools for assessment.<br><br></div><div>Recently pedagogy chanced the aim of assessment compare with traditional way that used for assessment and we mentioned about different type of assessment and depend on your purpose you can use one of them such that (formative assessment, diagnostic assessment, summative assessment, homework, project and so on…&nbsp; )&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>On JUNE/18 we mentioned about many methods and tools that used to measure assessment we focused on rubric.<br><br></div><div>A rubric is a type of scoring guide that assesses and articulates specific components and expectations for an assignment. Rubrics can be used for a variety of assignments such that research papers, group projects, portfolios, and presentations.<br><br></div><div>And as a group we worked on rubric and we created a rubric to evaluate a graduation project we uploaded on classroom as assignment.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2023-JUNE-20<br><br></div><div>This lecture we presented rubrics, each group created a rubric for a specific learning activity, the workload was 20 degrees and the rubrics evaluated the activities under five criteria.<br><br></div><div>2023-JUNE-25<br><br></div><div>In this lecture we discussed about leering environment, we answered these questions<br><br></div><div>What is learning environment, what are characterize of learning environment and how to make learning environment active?<br><br></div><div>In general learning environment consist of (physical and psychological environment)&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Physical learning environment should address some points<br><br></div><div>The environment of the room to be considered (location, noise, temperature of the room and proper equipment)<br><br></div><div>The size of the room<br><br></div><div>The seating arrangement, current technologies, and encourages social participation by providing its occupants with a healthy, comfortable, safe, quiet, stimulating environment and other accommodation<br><br></div><div>The psychological environment in the classroom is how students feel about their learning teacher has specific rules in class room and the rules should be clearly explains each to students. The learning environment should be designed and arrangement in a way to increase learning outcome.<br><br></div><div>To improve learning environment should be used verity strategies in classroom such as how setting classroom depend on lecture needs and how to create active class to support student’s education.<br><br></div><div>We talked about the one on important point that makes class to be active is trust, when lecturer create a trust then other things go smoothly you can create a trust by your action in your class to students for example teacher must answer the students question in detail may be in class or sanded&nbsp; by email.<br><br></div><div>We looked a diagram on our class which is related to those factors that affect learning environment is innovation environment which includes encourage active learning, create a connection between theory and practical lectures and create a necessary methods for learning.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
