In this article the main idea/claim is that doctor's need to decide whether or not they are causing more harm than benefit to the football players. If your a doctor on the sideline that you are really causing more harm. This matters because a multitude of football players are being injured in this sport and doctors are on the sideline supporting the game. Which while they are supporting the game, they are basically supporting the injuries. I got out of this article that instead of doctors doing any good on the sidelines, they could in reality be causing much more harm than they intend.

I learned that while doctors may help a lot of people, however, while they are standing on the sidelines, they could cause a lot of harm to the football athletes. This is because they are supporting a game that has very serious and major injuries that sometimes CANNOT be treated such as CTE. This impacts the athletic population because if the doctors leave the sidelines, then the athletes will not have anyone there to help them if they get injured. This will negatively impact the football players. The major injuries of the football players and the doctors watching on the sidelines lend the doctors to this concept.
