We learnt the difference between pitch and volume and played a humming game to incorporate the skill. We practiced our singing again and compared the differences and noted the improvements. We played a card game to learn different musical terms and how they're used. We took Five minutes to listen to our favorite songs so we could analyse them with our newfound knowledge of music. I chose the Song Someone new by Hozier. The artist use a slight high pitch which builds up towards the chorus. The rythm is upbeat, and the song is overall very melodious, with all the different notes notes and sounds coming together. The lyrics speak about how the artist Falls in love with different qualities of their significant other every new day.
