         <description><![CDATA[<div>My most favorite way to exercise is to stretch everyday in the morning. Whenever I stretch, I always feel more awake and less tense. It also helps me to relieve stress and feel more motivated. Also, stretching can improve the circulation of oxygen in your body which can relieve muscle tensions. The best part about walking is that it is available everywhere, everyday and anyone can do it. you can even walking in groups of that is your preference.          <title>Riding A Bike and Walking </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the ways I incorporate fitness within the community you live in is by riding my bike or walking on the nature trails that are behind the homes of my community. I am able to exercise in a way that I find enjoyable while I am spending time with nature. This incorporates physical fitness and mental/emotional fitness. After coming home from a stressful day at school or at work it is a wonderful way to help your body physically but it also allows you spend in nature breathing in the cool crisp air within an atmosphere of peace and serenity. You can use the beauty of nature to calm yourself down. It can also be used as a way to release the mental and emotional tension by pouring you pain and paranoia into the riding your bike or walking. Walking and riding your bike and admiring nature are all known and proven ways to aid your overall wellness within a community.<br>#DLDay</div>]]></description>

Biking is an aerobic activity and it greatly benefits one's cardiovascular fitness.          <title>In my community, I can volunteer for the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. For the PATC, I do trail maintenance at the historic battlefields that I live near. Not only do I earn community service hours, but I help keep our community clean and get good exercise doing so. #DLDay</title>
