My dad cried when he saw me, although he didn't recognize me at first since it had been about four years since we last saw each other. I was in Cajamarca until December 27th. On the 28th, I took my motorcycle and left for Piura to meet up with my mom, my siblings, and their families.

I arrived at my brother's house at 2:30 p.m. My brother was surprised to see me and even more so to learn that I had travelled from Lima to Piura by motorcycle. My mother was surprised by my arrival at night when she welcomed me into her home. She was overjoyed and couldn't hold back her tears. I spent wonderful days with my family, especially during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Then I had to return to Lima on January 3, 2021, to begin my return trip.
