In large groups, students can get lost or feel unwilling to contribute, but in collaborative pairs, the students feel that they have a safer environment in which to share their thoughts.&nbsp;<br><br>Q4:<br>The backwards design of the Learning-Focused Lesson is the most intriguing part of it. It can be extremely difficult to plan a lesson in the traditional beginning-to-end model because you can't start a lesson effectively if you don't know where you're going. </div>]]></description>
