At the start, I recorded some sounds on my phone, but finding an app that blended them all was challenging; they either didn't blend them the way I visualised, or they asked me to subscribe.

The website offered a library of sounds available for free use. When putting the sounds together, I recalled the music elements we have seen, specifically texture. I layered the sounds I liked the most to make a polyphonic piece, using an online metronome (YouTube).

Through Suno Studio, I layered in rich nature sounds to heighten the organic, atmospheric quality. What I love most about this process is how it balances mood and tone with deliberate sonic textures, offering a therapeutic, healing vibration specifically tailored to calm an overactive or impaired nervous system.
