         <title>I learnt that any push up variation will help in building the pectoralis major.  I also learnt that we can do any push up variation to help build the deltoid. We can to planks, push ups etc. to build triceps brachii. We can do any exercise that is against gravity for developing triceps muscles.</title>

You use this muscle to&nbsp;<br><br>The deltoid is the thick shoulder muscle that you use to do almost all sports. It is a very important muscle.<br><br>Biceps brachii is the muscle that most bodybuilders focus on. It is very important for weight lifting and other sports that include rackets and running too. It is called "bi" because they contain two roots that connect the muscle.&nbsp;<br><br>The triceps brachii is the muscle that is behind the biceps brachii. It is important for sports that include throwing and running as well. It's called "tri" because it has three roots that connect the muscles.&nbsp;<br><br>The brachialis is also important for weight lifting. And for other sports.<br><br>The subscapularis is important for running and other sports. It is triangular shaped.<br><br>The lattimus dorsi is a very important muscle that you use to perform anything.&nbsp;<br><br>These muscles are very important. </div>]]></description>
