The Constitution allows the people to be at peace, and have liberty at the same time due to the bill of rights. It makes sure that these people can move freely, and stay protected under the law. Not only that, due to the new government, they can never bee too powerful. They all have their own jobs to do, while also having to agree/disagree with the other branches ideas. For example when Roosevelt wanted war with Japan, he had to ask Congress (Legislative) for permission for this to happen. Once they agreed to Roosevelt, war was declared.
