The app also gives daily reminders and helpful tips to reduce stress.</p><p>Using <strong>Design Thinking</strong>, I followed these steps:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Empathize:</strong> I understood users’ stress problems.</p></li><li><p><strong>Define:</strong> I identified the need for simple mental health support.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ideate:</strong> I created ideas like mood tracking and meditation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Prototype:</strong> I designed a basic version of the app.</p></li><li><p><strong>Test:</strong> I shared it with students to get feedback and improve it.</p></li></ol><p>The goal of <em>MindEase</em> is to make mental health care easy and accessible for everyone.</p>]]></description>
