Everything is so focussed on employability it’s good to embed IL into this process. Students can understand how this skill is useful post university.

It would be quite useful to students! It would be adapted to info literacy to help students know how to locate commercial information for employment, evaluate them and prepare themselves. it can be infused into library sessions for year 3 students.

I don’t look after business but I like the idea of having sources for students to use in session to answers subject/module related questions.

I am not currently doing that, but see a huge opportunity to do so since we have sessions that is run to support learning! And so it can be infused into library sessions for year 3 students, I suppose.

This applies in many contexts not just employment. Letting students discover for themselves the benefits

It is very advantageous to do this as it helps students look forward to the job market and see how they fit in; and then prepare themselves towards their job interest.

It would be good to try to embed a critical approach here as well, I have strong feelings about the neoliberal approach to seeing education as only a means to an end (employment), so would like some way to resist this as well as leveraging the employability agenda to introduce information literacy!
