The approach we took to complete the assignment is to divide parts among members. I got the finance department where it was my responsibility to keep track of cash flow, keep track of transactions and prepare financial statements. We also would usually discuss about things in our department which should be done, with other members as well so that any mistakes can be corrected.

The challenges we faced was the lack of physical meetings we had. We had our first meeting online where we divided parts among ourselves and had discussion about the product we were going to sell. We had multiple online meetings on the way and had our physical meeting on 6^th of January 2024. We did overcome that problem by having our discussions through whatsapp and other online methods. This did not seem like a huge barrier as we were able to have clear communication and were able to complete the assignment on time.

Overall, I learned quite a lot of things from doing this assignment and one of it is time management. As I am in my first semester in University life, managing many assignments at the same time is not something I am used to. This assignment did teach me not to procrastinate. By following a strict timeline my team and I set for ourselves, we were able to avoid any last minute stress as we had time to do correction and improvise. I would definitely carry this technique throughout my studies, be it degree or if I decide to do Masters and PhD in the future.

I also learned the importance of having a good bond between teammates when doing assignments. We all had respect for each other and all of us accepted criticism from each other and this helped us tremendously. We were also ready to help each other with other parts of assignments when we are done with ours. This helped us complete the assignment faster as the same person did not need to do all the work. This is something which I can apply not only when doing assignments but other things related to teamwork in the future.

As for the knowledge related to the course, I feel like I was able to revise many things in the syllabus while doing the assignment as I had to look at notes and research many things related to business theories. I gained some new knowledge about the insights of successfully running a business, particularly a food business.

I also learned more about promoting, be it through online or face-to-face, this assignment taught me how to attract customers to buy my product. We did most of our promotion through social media and I did some promotion to my friend personally. The last day when we set up a booth in Detar hall, we promoted our products physically and were successful as we sold our products within few hours.

I also polished my skills on bookkeeping as I was tasked to be in charge of it. I kept all the cash flow statements  including revenue, expenses and others carefully so that I would be able to prepare the financial statements including the statement of profit loss and list of transactions which I did.

I wish I would be able to apply all the knowledge and experience I gained through doing this assignment in the future, be it in upcoming semesters, or in the real world when I start working. I was able to overcome my bad habit of procrastinating and get things done on time by doing the assignment, made new friends and gained new knowledge. I am grateful for my teammates and also my lecturer as they all helped me to complete this assignment and hope to have similar experiences in the future when doing other assignments.
