Breathing is like taking a grasp of the magic

The grasp of magic spreads through the body as a remedy

For the remedy calms down all the negativeness brewing in one's mind

The anxieties of society are let go of with one simple breathe

For the freshness of the air from nature bares the essence of being the unifier between mankind and nature

To grasp a breathe among the chaos is to find the solution to society's faults

Now take a breathe, take in the beauty of your surroundings, and take a moment to appreciate the simplicity of nature
