Stressed! Accusing somebody of abuse is risky and has a heavy impact to both client and staff. Worried for the animal's welfare, as well as worry for your own reputation if you are wrong.

We both feel this is unethical as the dog has not been deemed as a danger to others just a little but grumpy with other dogs which many other healthy dogs struggle with. The dog has no health concerns so we believe it is unethical for a pts.

We would advice to give the dog a chance of living with you and see how you both get along if this does not work then we would suggest rehoming the dog.
