The one of the right has better contrast with the names. The other one the girl in it seems to blend into the background because of her shirt so either brightening the background or putting her in a different shirt.

The banner on the right has better contrast because the person pops out more. The other one kind of blends in with the back because of the color of the shirt. To make it better the background should be different.

Make sure all the letters are the same space apart

make the letters closer together

move the name over and makes sure the letters aren't too big so that it fits

move the last name down and put the first name next to it with smaller letters

the first and last name is together

the name of the team is together instead of being separate
